JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa in Bengaluru was recently launched in Bengaluru making it the ninth JW Marriott property In India. The property also marks the entry of the partnership of the Prestige group with JW Marriott International.

The expertise in real estate development from Prestige Group along with the hospitality and luxury experience provided by JW Marriott is creating a buzz in the industry and has set the expectation level remarkably high.

In November 2019, the two groups entered into the agreement to develop six hotels across India helping JW Marriott International to expand its footprint in India.

Under the agreement Prestige group would develop properties for JW Marriott, Tribute Portfolio, W, and Moxy brands primarily targeting the southern peninsular belt and is expected to add 1000 rooms.

The two groups also entered into an agreement and announced the development of the New Delhi Marriott Marquis and The St. Regis Aerocity in New Delhi. The projects are expected to be commissioned by 2025 adding a further 700 plus rooms to their hospitality portfolio in India.

JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is a 300-plus room resort developed in a prime location in Nandi hills with easy accessibility to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport.

The property also boasts a 35000 sq. ft convention center with the capacity to host 4000 guests making it one of its kind convention center in the garden city. The property is expected to attract grand weddings, award nights, and business celebrations as stated by Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group.

He also expressed his happiness and excitement about extending the company’s hospitality portfolio by combining it with JW Marriott International. Prestige Elm Park is an upcoming apartment in Whitefield Bangalore
